Yay! Troy's truck is not totalled! It only has $8000 of damage from the initial estimate!
Today the other driver's insurance company accepted liability, got us a rental car and gave approval for the body shop to start working on the repairs.
The truck should be ready in about 3 weeks!!!
In the meantime, we have an old couple sedan that drives like a couch. This comfortable ride will make the drive down to see Steven this weekend much more comfy.
It feels good to know that we don't have to buy a new vehicle!

Wow it is amazing how much damage to the vehicle costs. Some lady backed into my car today and the estimate for the damage is $800. Luckily, the insurance covers everything since it was her fault.
